Oak Farm Vineyard Wine Dinner
in conjunction with Romano Wines,
we are pleased to present a wine dinner featuring the wines of Lodi’s
End of Summer Wine Dinner
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, September 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2020.
7:00 pm (reception at 6:30)
The Panella family, which had been in the area since 1936, farming walnuts and cherries and operating an agricultural trucking company, bought the 70-acre estate Oak Farms property in 2004 and began to transform it into a destination evocative of a clubhouse at a swanky golf course appointed with towering century-old oak trees and vines. Oak Farm’s wines, made by Dan Panella under the mentorship of consulting winemaker Chad Joseph and assistant winemaker Sierra Zeiter, are sweeping in variety and steady in execution. The lineup includes such staples of Lodi as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zinfandel alongside relative newcomers like Albarino and Fiano.
This is our last wine dinner of the 2020 summer season, and like our July dinner we will try and acommodate as many diners as possible outdoors. But if the weather turns inclement our guests must be willing to move indoors. At Cellars we strive to keep our diner’s experience safe, sanitary and socially distant. W hope you can join us for this special event.

Celebrate Summer Wine Dinner
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
July 28th, 29th and 30th, 2020 7:00 PM (reception at 6:30)
The temperature is high, the garden is overflowing, the patio is set. Time for some refreshing, crisp, and easy wines to pair with the fresh flavors of summer. We have crafted a menu of summer flavors, fresh and bright, and Kate Strosahl-Johnson of Pure Wines have found some exiting pairings in an unexpected place. In South Australia, where the climate and ancient soils are suited to grow Italian varietals, we find some unique expressions through dry farming and restrained winemaking practices. This new world is making great strides interpreting the best of the old word. We hope you will join us to celebrate a safer today and the promise of a better tomorrow.
