It is summer somewhere, and that somewhere is Chile. Pressed against the Andes and splashed by the Pacific, the country of Chile shares much with California, with diverse microclimates, distinctive elevation changes and fantastic produce. The cuisine is decidedly Mediterranean with a Latin flair. We are planning a menu to help us dream of sunshine. Warm up on a winter night with these sumptuous wines and a little Latin spice.
