Dinner will be a five course degustation featuring selected wines from Alsace and Burgundy, plus and finishing with wines made by French producers in California. Our French specialist from Maisons, Marques & Domaines, Even Arnesen, will discuss the regions of Northern France. Our dinner reflects the traditional flavors of Alsace and Normandy.
