Dinner will be a five course degustation featuring selected wines from the Mediterranean regions of France. Imagine summer in Nice with clear blue skies, big hats and cabana boys. Patty Ahern and Troy Clements of Pure Wines, will discuss the winemaking history of Southern France, the varietals that shine there and where the area is headed. Our dinner focuses on regional specialties and ingredients with our signature flair.
